If there were no countries, rather just one planet we all called home,
human beings probably would be more friendlier, kinder and pleasant to
each other and thus be a lot better off--except maybe the politicians,
who might then not have anything to do.
A Homeless Species?
Will human beings be able to find a new home during the 'window of
opportunity' we have available (before the Earth's 'use by date'
arrives)?

From Bonnie:
Eamonn, I agree. I don't think that's going to happen, but it would in the perfect world of my imagination and longing.
People are too afraid of what is different from themselves.
They forget all we share as humans--sunrise, sunset, moon, stars, fear, happiness, sadness, hope, moments of peace & harmony, confusion, grief, healing, living w/ scars, needing nourishment of body & soul, rising in the morning, resting at night, making a fire to keep warm, finding light to see in darkness, nurturing & protecting our children, needing purpose & ways to fulfill that purpose, working toward something, believing in something other than our own egos, needing love & acceptance & safety, sharing the same air, the same seas, being born, & dying in the same teeny-tiny place in an unimaginably large universe. We could write tomes!
